AZ Compass Prep School proudly hosts the annual AZ COMPASS CLASSIC in Chandler, Arizona — an action-packed, fully loaded showcase featuring some of the most elite high school basketball teams in the nation. Each year, the gym becomes a battleground of talent, intensity, and next-level competition, anchored by the powerhouse "AZ Compass Prep School," an EYBL Scholastic National Team and the AZ Compass Grind National Teams for both boys and girls.

This year’s event reaches new heights as we welcome the AZ Compass Prep Girls National Team to the floor for the first time ever. With all three national teams competing under one roof, the Compass Classic promises unmatched energy, elite matchups, and a thrilling basketball experience from start to finish.

Tournament Division: High School - Grades 9-12 - Boys and Girls

• As of July 31 you are still 18 years old and in grade 12, you are eligible.
• As of July 31 you are already 19 years of age or you have graduated, you are ineligible to play in this tournament.

*If you turned 19 years of age prior to August 1, you are ineligible to play in this tournament. Violations will result in forfeiture of any wins. Not providing information related to requests for age verification will result in forfeiture of any wins and fine.

What are the age divisions? This tournament is HS only, see ages above.

When are schedules posted? Tournament Director will post schedules and provide team managers information the week of the event.

Do you provide referees or event staff? Yes we have referees and event staff on site. They are not responsible for supervision of children.

How do I register my team or child for Compass Sports Performance programs? Click on the register button above for league play or go to the "registration" button to see what we have available.

Do I have to be on a team to play in the Compass Classic? Yes, you need to register for the Compass Classic through your High School team. This is an invite only event. Age verifications WILL be required.

Can we rent gym space? We do not "rent" space in our facilities, but we offer memberships to clubs and individuals. Please contact us for more information. Teams are only able to utilize space for shoot around for a fee as part of the tournament.

Do you also host leagues? Yes, we host a leagues from ages 5-18+ and camps throughout the year. Get on our mailing list by becoming a member or reach out to us.

What is the refund policy? All registrations and payments are non-refundable. Due to the planning, scheduling, and resource commitments required to organize our leagues and programs, we are unable to offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants.

What if I lost something at one of your facilities? Please reach out to us and we will try to help you locate it, however do to the volume of items left behind we donate items after one week. Please remember your items!
