Member Policies

We at Compass Sports Performance and Skyline Education truly care about the vibe of our space. We consider it our home and hope you do as well when you visit. To maintain a safe, respectful, and professional atmosphere for all individuals using Compass Sports Performance or Skyline Education facilities, users must adhere to the following policies and procedures as a condition of entry and participation. The member and user policies apply to parents, players, visitors, coaches, referees, and anyone attending our venues or events.

Member and User Policies

1. General Use

• Access to any court, field, or training area is by reservation or approved program schedule only.
• Facility use does not grant rental rights, subleasing rights, or exclusive use of any area.
• Compass Sports Performance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time for policy violations, unsafe conduct, or facility needs.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, ALCOHOL, CHEW, DIP, ILLEGAL DRUGS, WEAPONS (INCLUDING KNIVES, GUNS, BRASS KNUCKLES ETC.) AT ANY TIME! THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

2. Cleanliness & Care

• Users must leave all areas clean and organized after use.
• All trash, bottles, tape, and equipment must be removed from the court, field, and surrounding areas immediately following sessions.
• No outside food, no gum, no colored drinks are allowed on courts or turf. Water only.
• Damage to floors, turf, nets, or equipment—whether accidental or intentional—must be reported immediately to staff. User will be help responsible for neglegence.
• Users and organizations are financially responsible for any damage caused by their participants, spectators, or guests.

3. Behavior & Conduct

• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward children, parents, coaches, referees, officials, or staff will result in immediate removal and possible suspension of privileges.
• Physical or verbal altercations are strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Loud, obscene, or disruptive language is prohibited inside and around the facility.
• All participants and coaches must model good sportsmanship and professionalism at all times.

4. Safety & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No unsupervised play or loitering in hallways, storage areas, weight rooms, or offices.
• Equipment and training aids may only be used under staff or coach supervision.
• Report any unsafe condition or equipment concern to Compass Sports Performance staff immediately.

5. Insurance & Liability

All individuals, teams, and organizations must carry active liability insurance naming Skyline Education Inc, its owners, and affiliates as additionally insured. If you are on a team or competing in a tournament, they should have the appropriate insurance or the team will not be authorized to play. We do not want that to happen, but safety is our priority.

• Proof of insurance must be provided prior to first use of any facility space.
• Compass Sports Performance is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Participants assume full responsibility for all risks associated with athletic activity and facility use.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Use of courts, fields, or training areas must be scheduled in advance through the Compass Sports Performance scheduling system or authorized representative.
• Users may not alter or extend their time without approval.
• Late arrivals or early departures do not warrant make-up time unless approved by management.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled use; repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of future scheduling privileges.

7. Facility Authority

Compass Sports Performance staff and management reserve the right to:

• Stop play or training at any time for safety or disciplinary reasons.
• Remove any person violating policies.
• Deny future access or participation without refund.

8. Agreement & Enforcement

By entering or using Compass Sports Performance facilities, all individuals, teams, and organizations agree to comply with this policy in full.

Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension of privileges, financial liability for damages, or permanent ban from the facility.
