Divisions

Our "Divisions" are both age and grade-based for play. This structure is essential to maintaining a healthy, safe, and balanced environment for all athletes. By following standard age and grade cutoffs, where players turning 19 on or after September 1 of their senior year in high school remain eligible. This age cutoff carries down through our youngest divisions. We ensure fair competition that aligns with interscholastic standards. Age, grade and skill divisions create appropriate matchups, allowing athletes to develop confidence, compete safely, and progress at a pace suited to their stage of growth. As participation increases, additional levels within each division are introduced to preserve competitive balance and provide every player the opportunity to improve and succeed. Players are always eligible to play up if they are advanced, but playing down is not an option.

Age brackets are based on September 1 as the age cutoff along with the grade of athletes. Both your age and grade matter.

ELITE DIVISION 17-18U - GRADES 11-12

Division 18U - Grade12

• As of August 31 you are still 18 years old and in grade 12, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 19 years of age or you have graduated, you are ineligible.

Division 17U - Grades 11

• As of August 31 you are still 17 years old and in grade 11, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 18 years of age and/or in grade 12, you are ineligible.

JUNIOR ELITE DIVISION 15-16U - GRADES 9-10

Division 16U - Grade 10

• As of August 31 you are still 16 years old and in grade 10, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 17 years of age and/or you are in grade 11, you are ineligible.

Division 15U - Grade 9

• As of August 31 you are still 15 years old and in grade 9, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 16 years of age and/or you are in grade 10, you are ineligible.

PERFORMANCE DIVISION 13-14U - GRADES 7-8

Division 14U - Grade 8

• As of August 31 you are still 14 years old and in grade 8, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 15 years of age and/or you are in grade 9, you are ineligible.

Division 13U - Grade 7

• As of August 31 you are still 13 years old and in grade 7, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 14 years of age and/or you are in grade 8, you are ineligible.

JUNIOR DIVISION 11-12U - GRADES 5-6

Division 12U - Grade 6

• As of August 31 you are still 12 years old and in grade 6, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 13 years of age and/or you are in grade 7, you are ineligible.

Division 11U - Grade 5

• As of August 31 you are still 11 years old and in grade 5, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 12 years of age and/or you are in grade 6, you are ineligible.

FUTURE STARS DIVISION 9-10U - GRADES 3-4

Division 10U - Grade 4

• As of August 31 you are still 10 years old and in grade 4, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 11 years of age and/or you are in grade 5, you are ineligible.

Division 9U - Grade 3

• As of August 31 you are still 9 years old and in grade 3, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 10 years of age and/or you are in grade 4, you are ineligible.

LIL' HOOPERS 7-8U - GRADES 1-2

Division 7-8U - Grades 1-2

• On August 31 you are still 8 years old or younger and in grade 1 or 2, you are eligible.
• As of August 31 you are already 9 years of age and/or you are in grade 3, you are ineligible.
• Athletes cannot be younger that 6 years of age in this league.
